Does anyone know if 62 wagon taillights are the same for a 62 hardtop car?

Does anyone know if 62 wagon taillights are the same for a 62 hardtop car?

I believe the lenses are the only thing common between wagons and trunked cars. I do know the 'hockey sticks', the strip across the gate and the 'Chevrolet' logo are unique to wagons. The 'V' angle of the area the bezels attach to appear very different in all the photos I got of both types.

Anyone else?
