July 6-9, 2023. If you are looking for hotels close to the track, Loreen can block rooms at the Westfield Inn, located in Westfield Center, which is about 12 miles from Dragway 42. The Westfield Inn is part of the Westfield Insurance campus where Loreen works. Standard rooms are beautifully appointed, and come with 2 queen beds, ample parking, and complimentary buffet breakfast (7-9 am).

To block the rooms for the weekend, we need at least 10 room reservations. If there are not 10 reservations, the Inn may not be open for the weekend.

Standard rooms start at $142+tax. Loreen receives an employee discount making the rooms $94+tax. You would pay Loreen directly.

If you are interested, let me know number of rooms, number of people per room and which days to reserve.

Thanks,
Rick (440)785-4179
If anyone still needs a room it’s not too late… an update on the price, single person is $94 a night, two people is $106 a night..
Let me know… I got time.. LOL
Thanks,
Rick

348-409 Nationals at Dragway 42s Rock n Race July 6th-9th, 2023. Right now we’ve got $5500 In prize money, $500 additional from Dave Weslowski if someone runs dead on there dial with a perfect reaction time, $500 to the best reaction time during time trials. As long as you’ve got a W head engine and 1979 or older you can run with our group. We’ve got a wide range of cars from 8 second 1/4 mile times to bone stock street cars, so we run a bracket system. Line locks, two steps and trans brakes allowed but no other electronics ( delay boxes, grids, etc). There is also a show car area if you don’t want to race, come join the fun. We have a group dinner on Saturday night for participants paid for by sponsors. There’s a lot going on at this race with gassers and other classes and you can run multiple classes but it’s your responsibility to make it to the staging lanes if a group your racing with is called.
