Actually, both. During the years, when I was writing my Corvette book, an owner of a Corvette Restoration and Repair shop would call me on the phone. He would always call me "Dr. Pete" and it seemed to stick. So I use that today, and everyone seems to remember me more easily that way.

I agree that the 2010 Fred Totten memorial show would be the best place to photograph cars for the book. I'm looking foward to it. I have the Oct. 2009 issue of Super Chevy here in front of me, and it's too bad that I missed this years' show. It looked like it was a great time!

I consider St. Louis Missouri my home, but I am currently living in Omaha Nebraska. I travel to St. Louis several times a year and I do go to Chicago at least twice a year, so if there are any 409s or Z-11s in the area or along the way, please let me know so I can consider them for inclusion...

Mark, I appreciate the reply. I have some old magazines with the Bill Thomas Fuel Injected Chevy II. I had no idea that Retribution II was the same car!! It all makes sense now. Too bad a wheelstand damaged the car beyond repair. From what I can remember without digging out the magazine...
