Looking for any company that ever made a tri-power set up for the 348-409 engines besides GM's one and only cast iron piece.

That is a hand fabricated one-off intake made to fit the Holley carburetors that are on that engine.

Yup, truck block. Casting number used for both. Blocks are identical except for the notch.
