I picked up a Edelbrock 409 with a motor I bought awhile back, the pump only ran about 20 minutes and motor had issue and was torn back down. The pump sat since 2010 and when I tried to first turn impeller it wouldnt turn then finally did, I would like to rebuild this as these are expensive...
Has anyone used one? Does it fit behind stock water pumps ok? The seal looks odd size or something, I looked them up and they said it came with seal but couldnt tell if it was factory seal. Almost looks like it goes in from rear from picture.
Do they still make this cover? looking for options since running roller cam, I had purchased a new raw cover from show cars and was going to weld the small plate in groves, just looking to see what other folks are doing with roller cam setups.
