I have 1,000 miles on mine and no issues so far and they work like they should.

I bought ARP bolts for my 348 and they came with the washers and lube for between the bolt head and washer. They never bottomed out and never leaked. Even after a head swap (after a couple hundred miles) used the same bolts again and no issues. I also used Permatex to seal them all.
