Yep they are amber. Kind of a crappy version... whoever made them put the Guide lettering right in the middle.

Hi Folks, My 59 has amber front turn signal lenses. A Classic Car guy at a gas station the other day said "Oh.. you changed the lenses to amber". I said "No.. but maybe the guy before me did". So now I'm not sure if it came that way from the factory or if they were changed. After searching it...
