A bit early for April 1st posts

My progressive was binding a few months ago and sticking throttle at 2k rpm. Adjusted to 1:1 and amazed at the extra power. Not going back to progressive.

2nd time showing at Dallas Autorama, last year there were 5 409’s and didn’t think to take pics so here’s the three from this year. Happy to get 2nd in class in the wagon (behind a 57 Nomad on the national tour…) Including pic of the ISCA judging card too.

Agree with 409gang, if asking on this forum go big + eye candy or go somewhere else and ask about LS conversion. And yes, I am biased with a 409 4speed pushing close to 500 hp/tq in my fat pig of a wagon.

no pulleys on the hydraboost, hoses tap into the power steering reservoir.

I installed the Hydrapower kit in January this year and very happy with the results. Unit fit great, no modifications. Housing is adjustable for two different hose positions. See 2nd pic, installed with hoses coming out lower engine side of the unit and tucked into the W scoop on the valve...

I'm frustrated with two things: the $600 reporting limit, and buyer no pays from auction wins. Ebay should change to auto pay at auction close, why give buyer time to decide if and when to pay !

I haven't done dash lights but did tail light conversion with Digi-tails in my 63. Completely remove the bulb socket and cut lead wire, replaces with led circuit board panel that fits inside the housings. Includes switch for sequential or traditional pattern. Link below...

I've had MPBrakes vac booster mounted next to radiator in my wagon for about 3 years. Can only hear it click on when engine is off and turning key to on but not hitting the starter. Don't know what I was thinking mounting that high... L shaped bracket bolts to the radiator support on the part...
