ok, hears another goofy question? is the clutch fan held to the water pump with bolts or studs on a 62 409/409. the assm. manual shows bolts but you are going to need really little fingers. tom:dunno:

hi, ok i know that the early big block 396-427 cork valve cover gaskets were painted silver, but what i don't know is were the 348-409 gaskets painted siver? if any body can anwser this one i would be for ever greatful.:dunno:?

can anybody tell me if the head bolt markings are the same for 348 as they are for the 409 or did they use different ones between the two engines? or, or ,or i would love any input i can get.thnk you tims409::rofl
