Reviving this old post, as I'm going through exactly the same thing right now on my '63 SS!!! Pitman Arm seal has been leaking for many years now. All of the online research I've done, says the '63 Chevy uses an oil seal with a 1.50" outer diameter..... I've tried both an SKF 11067 (1.50" OD)...

Reply I also have a 656 409 block that reads T0606XXG. Tried a few years ago to decipher it, without really getting a definate ID. All I know is it's a truck block (notches in the cylinders).... Either originally from some type of Chevy truck, or a replacement block....
