no its been running and starting fine until now so all ive changed out is the ignition switch but it hasnt fixed the problem.

Ok here is the update. I pressure tested my cooling system and its good held pressure all day. My cap only holds 13 lbs (16lbs cap) . My fan is 4 in. Away from my radiator and have a 2 in. clearance from my fan shroud. Changed my thermostat and it kicks in at 190 (180 stat) goes back down to 160...

It doesn't look bad just looks like little rust flakes.
