Add PVS409 (Paul Stensland ) 1962 Chevy Impala SS 409/482 cubic inch 4 speed
to the list.

How far is the Drury Inn from the track ?
Having not been there can the cars be left at the track overnight safely ?
Paul
I'm staying there with my camper and sleep with a 45 acp under my pillow. That will usually discourage any hanky panky. Sometimes will produce some poopy too.

I just made reservations at the Red Roof Inn for the H.R. Reunion. We have stayed there for the past 3 years and have been very happy with the place. It's clean, close to everything, and they try hard to make you happy! It's not the fanciest place around, but it's reasonable( around 100 bucks a night for two people). The lady told me they a booking up fast, but they still have at least 20 rooms as of today. She said the best way to make a reservation is to call them direct and not use the Internet booking company's. She said they have had problems with some of them. There direct phone #is 270-781-6550. I hope this helps some who are wondering where to stay! See yea all in June!!!!! Mike:burnout:burnout

I haven't been to the Hot Rod Reunion at Bowling Green but I was in Columbus Ohio the one year that they had it there.
Anyway, the car show is huge. There are tons of cars there.
Our 348/409 cars are a perfect fit for this event. The race cars will fit right in and the show cars will too.

There is a lot of video of this event. Here's a link to a TV episode covering it...

WOW, just found this post. Guess I have been too busy travelling & racing. Not a good race year for me. Red lighted at Union Grove. Went to the World Series at Cordova & ran really bad, mid 12's & breaking up. Will resolve those problems before this race next year. Don't know who the #3 Joel is but it's not me from Utah. Count me in Joel from Utah.

Who do we need to send our information to?

Nuts, where you been? contact me.

Thanks.

Joel

Lonnie Glad to hear you and Scott are staying there again! I see another meeting of GREAT MINDS in the parking lot, might be some others who get involved! Might be aMiller Lite or two consumed out there also! The more beer, the better the talks. The back is better, just a giant pain( literally ) pain in the backside. Mike

Hey Scott, Al Loy, is suppose to have a meeting with Fred after the U.S. Nationals and we will make things formal, right now we just need to keep building the list, and he will tell us the next step but he said looks like we definitely have the car count.
