First post here. Just bought a 1962 Biscayne. Wanted one of these since a friend of mine blew the doors off my 55 Chevy back in 1968. My 301 was no match for his 327. This will join my two other cars, my 55 Chevy,392 Hemi powered gasser and the second is my current project, a 57 Corvette ,M/SP. 454,4 spd car, 57 Olds rear, etc. Should be fun.

Thanks guys. I found this thread started by Brian ( and his current build thread on his 62 street car). I have seen both his cars run at the Hot Rod Reunion the last two or three years, and watching his pretty much , stock looking 61 run 9.40's blew me away.

Welcome aboard Baron:beer
lets see some photos of the Biscayne in the Build thread :dunno I like that Vet a 409 would look way cool in there:crazy
No build thread on mine yet. The car is on it's way from the west coast, and will get here in the next week or so (before the snow comes, I hope) The car is/should be a driver ,as is, for a while anyway. Currently running a 283 , 4 spd . Have a good posi unit that came out of the 57 Corvette rear that may wind up in the 62. Been following your build on the hamb, and now subscribed here.
