Yes sir.I made sure I had plenty of photos of the vin number before painting.

It’s been nice having some time over the holidays to work on the convertible.Finished the grill.
A coat of epoxy and then a coat of of urethane primer for the inner fenders.
After sandblasting I had to get rid of the brazing debacle on the radiator shroud.

It all looks great. .....I am having to go to re-pops on my inner fenders. Mine are really pitted. Everything up here suffers from the salt.

The previous owner loved undercoating.I swear he must have taken it to rusty jones every year.There was undercoating on the door locks,the grill,it was even inside the turn signals.I hate scraping,heating,sandblasting,burning undercoating but it did save this car.
Dennis could you pm me who did your paint.
I really like how yours came out.

A few before and after pics of the trunk area.
The car went to the spa last Monday to have the hardtop quarter fitted,and a couple patches in the floors taken care of.While it is gone for a couple weeks I figured I would go thru the heater box so that it is all ready to go.

The convertible quarter came out very well.New floors and braces installed as well.Time to go onto the rotisserie now that everything is solid,clean up the underside of the trunk and frame and start assembly.
