I'm curious if the numbers on the heads, intake and exhaust manifold of 348 that's going in the Impala match the block.

You don't show the block date. The intake's date is too early to be original with those heads. Heads April 1960, intake june 1959

I posted the wrong picture of the intake which is a tri-pot that I'm thinking of swapping to.
Here's the 4bbl intake pic.

Pretty sure those 280 horse 348 factory builds were triple twos with 379s. The 350 horse version sported that same intake but with 1147 heads and I suspect a different cam and maybe different pistons?

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong :).

Yes,the 250 and 280 were the same thing except for carbs.9.5-1 pistons,same cam,same exhaust manifolds,same heads.
