That is what is known as a confused post cat.

Cat might not be so dumb............ I think I’d chase that red light to...........
It would be fun to watch...... it would probably end with the word fuc$er.....
If things went right it could end that way.....if you're lucky.....
He better hide that light and say ,oh my gosh bad kitty. Are you ok honey???
