That was an extremely good block. I was planning a long trip to get it but turned a customer on to it and he bought it.
Went for a decent price. It is harder every day to find a solid block. Good ones ahve benn picked over or scrapped. If you're storing your block, keep them oiled up. Once pitting gets deep. you will have problems.

If I remember, it was a 65 340 hp engine with 817 heads. I think is was $2200 for whole engine.
