WA 1962 4 speed steering column

Looking for a good used complete 4 speed steering column without any cut wires just something I can drop in and go, don't need the wheel. If nobody here has one what can I expect to pay for one outside of here incase I find one? Thanks in advance

a friend of mine in Nebraska has a factory 62 unrestored 4 speed column (red column). I think he was asking $ 750

I kinda cheated, cut off the column shifter protrusion, counter sunk a patch, filled in with duraglass, painted column and looks good for me....just sayin, saved a little money!!!

If your still looking I have one that was converted that I purchased several years ago since then I found an original one that I'm rebuilding

Do what Dean's 61 did above. He left out pinning the shift collar with a roll pin but once you do that the converted column shift column is just like the floor shift one. I've never done it with Chevy columns but have with early 60s Pontiacs.
