    No clue!

I think I'm going to listen to Dave and put in a set of NGKs. Then maybe I will have a garage sale to get rid of excess spark plugs! I did think the MSD iridium were better than the Autolites, but I'd like to hear more from Don on leaded race gas and iridium plugs?

    No clue!

I think it was in the 6AL tech material? I think I had heard that before, and also I saw something referencing no solid wires. But I didn't bookmark it or anything. Could also go back to old standby 3923 or 3924 Autolites I guess.

    No clue!

I'm so far behind I've been running MSD iridium with race gas (leaded) but I haven't really noticed any problems. Upon digging through MSD tech stuff, it seems like they prefer copper plugs with resistors. So now I feel like changing plugs just because why not??

    No clue!

Resistor vs. non-resistor is not important?? Just asking.

UPDATE-2019 West Coast 348-409 Reunion **CANCELLED**

Sure, that makes sense. "Big Car Brawl" . I am sure the "other guys" are struggling to do the same thing to some extent, although those pesky Mopars always seem to pull in cars.

UPDATE-2019 West Coast 348-409 Reunion **CANCELLED**

Maybe your screen name is a clue! Something like a somewhat looser vintage/nostalgia Super Stock event. Most of the rules I have seen are too strict for our crowd (JMO) but if we opened it up to full-size Detroit cars, 60-65 or so, period correct V8s etc. maybe it could happen. I know adding...

UPDATE-2019 West Coast 348-409 Reunion **CANCELLED**

Paul, we all appreciate your efforts and I wish I had a solution. The venue has been terrific every time, and the area has everything we could want. I think that the distances are part of it, and the relatively small number of cars leaves us on the edge every year. I had hoped that we would...

    PMGR Starter help needed

I didn't get this from the original post, sorry. I DID have that problem once, and it was (I think) due to an offshore "Ford" solenoid. So I look for OEM types or blue Standard ones which don't seem to have the problem, and I made triple sure that the gear mesh was smooth.

    2 x 4 intakes

I wasn't too impressed with the interior of the "tall" Offy I have, it needed a lot of help. At the time, Eddy had not released any 409 stuff so I had no option. If I had both to choose from today, I would assume the Eddy had more thought put into the design and would be a better option for a...

I don't want any of this nonsense in the parks regardless of the reason for them or the cause they endorse. They are in a residential area with limited parking. I live in this area. Leave the parks for picnics and baseball games and have your protests in a parking lot somewhere, and expect...

    PMGR Starter help needed

I put the diode in my alternator harness on one of my Novas, which had a 3 wire alternator. None of my 1 wire cars have the issue and all use Ford style solenoids and a jumper at the starter.
