Dq Gmc

Sorry for the photo quality. The truck is a 1960 GMC with a 409 Dual Quad and Turbo 400. Original everything else.
I had the GMC logos from the V-6 engine stitched in to the 409 valve covers. That gets quite a reaction from the casual observer!

Here's a link to a crappy video. But you'll get the idea. Hope the link works. Let me know if it doesn't

Very Nice

I personelly got into that era of the early 60's trucks for some reason. I love that vintage of the cars Impala and Bel Airs. I never got into the 50's cars but like the trucks. Weird I guess but you like what you like. Never the less that is a fine pair of trucks.

Cool truck!

I like the GMC logo idea.
The top picture came up as a red X on my computer so I couldn't see it.

This one?

Formerly V-6 emblems.

Yes 58, I like the redheaded stepchildren of the Chevy truck line. The 60-66. And even worse, the 60-and 61's. But they are unique. I like my '45 GMC as well. I have a 51 GMC Suburban that will be done at some point in the future. The only ones missing from my dream lineup are a 57 GMC pickup from the task Force/blue Chips and from the 67-72 era, I like the 67's the most.

Nice trucks.
Where were all you truck lovers when I was trying to sell my 63 shortbed ?
Finally let it go to a guy in Michigan for $1500 a few months ago.

Or my 58 big back window fleetside shortbed that sold for $1600.
