For those who don’t know, Canadian cars had 1 piece bumpers too. They also had a pot metal PRNDL on the column, may still be there on this one except covered by whatever that is on the column below the steering wheel.
If Canadian, you can get gm heritage papers on the car which will say engine, transmission, interior and exterior colour.
