i see there are bolted at the trunk on the side what about further toward the door? (bolted probably) but are they clipped in between the trunk and the door?

I believe that you have to remove the inside trim panel to get access to the nuts

I seem to remember Studs with Nuts where you can get to them and Clips where you can't.
