Here the Biscayne is mostly done, getting ready for the Whitewood, SD car show on main street tomorrow june 30 2018...since bringing it home from Coeur d'Alene ID May 8, the following changes were made: remove 3.70 and install 3.36 center section , replace trashed original center driveshaft support, replace raggy steering rag joint, replace shot bushings in upper rear suspension link, rebuild steering column, add: rear sway bar, under dash air conditioning, '59 Impala steering wheel, FM radio and stereo front speaker, cruise control, 15" torq thrust rear wheels and 235-70-15 tires, rear lap and front shoulder-lap belts, LED tail lites, and install tail pipes exiting behind rear wheels instead of booming under car. This is a LA built car with one piece California bumpers. Anyone notice the "errant" Belair trim on the trunk lid? Well check out page 239 fo '60 Years of Chevrolet' book it shows a Chevrolet factory photo of a model #1211 1962 Biscayne 2 door sedan jazed up with a combination of Belair and Impala options!
