Has everyone but me just got too much money..... ......wasn't that long ago this was a $35000-$40,000 car......max.....

The $83,600 includes a buyer's premium of at least 10% (12% if it was an online bidder that bought it) The video shows the underneath and it looks like it is a really nice restoration. No mention of numbers matching as they Mecum probably don't want to get sued if it isn't. Almost 409 convertible money and if it doesn't have the original engine, the owner did very well. Good 409 cars are bringing good dollars right now. Who knows what will happen in the future. Have to know when it was built to know if it had a T10 or the Muncie that is in it when it left the factory I believe.
