Front carb not hooked up, wrong fan shroud and the wiring is pretty janky even by my standards.

I don't see a return line. The block stamping is pretty crusty. Tach not original. Paint looks pretty good.

Yes that is a 59 to 61 small block fan shroud.
The trunk pan was replaced and it was put in backwards. Drain holes ( that are not cut out like factory )
should be next to gas tank not by the rear bumper.
under hood wiring looks like junk. taped wires hanging under car
