I am in need of a pair of sun visor brackets. I have purchased 2 pair one form Year One and the other from Late Great Chevy also a right side from "The Parts Store". What I have out is that in early 65 GM used a lower profile type. The ones available rest too high on the windshield and the top does not sit correctly across the windshield frame.
Has anyone come across this before? I am wondering it a pair from Pontiac will work?
Or should I just cut the top of the windshield frame and change it out with a late model
