Over the weekend I pulled the 350 put of my truck and dropped in a 348 out of a 1958 Impala. So far everything has gone smoothly as the flex plate fit perfect as well as the motor mounts. We set it in and fired it up. Next weekend I'll pull it back out to do some cleanup work. I ordered the spin on oil filter conversion kit and am now looking for some suggestions for alternator and power steering brackets. Here are some pictures.
