1998 Silverado 4x4 Project question 305FI

Replacing fuel lines, its fuel injection, got a ac Delco for the return, but could only find a Dorman for the 3/8’s feed. The end fitting is a different size inside on the lock end. There are 3 steps, the 2 inside match but the end one measures 0.67 inches inside, the original is 0.60 inside. Since this is only the area behind the lock on the pump line, am I ok?

I’m for a FI experienced fellow.

Bought it from Rock Auto, PITA to return it, and then I still need a line. Can these be made up at a hydraulics shop maybe?

Don the local hydraulics shop in my area “Hose Fast” can make up anything generally while you wait! I get my AN stuff there.

If it is a 3/8 quick disconnect, they are all the same size.

It is a 3/8 quick disconnect but that inside diameter is larger on the big end.

There is a company called LinesToGo.com. I think they are located in Canada. I have used their products and they are nice. They are prebent and fit well.

I reached out to Dorman, they replied yesterday to say I should not have any problems with fit.
