At 14 I was always working on my motorcycles, and yes the police escorted me home several times. Never got a ticket though. Do all gearheads start off as delinquents on Motorcycles?:doh The Kawasaki was used for road trips because it had lights. My cousin and I on a 40 mile back Road trip to grandparents house. We did wear helmets though. Never got caught was a hoot of a day for 14-year-olds. What a lucky kid with three motorcycles. Bucking hay and mowing yards! Good money for a kid.
Is that an old Bell full face helmet hanging on the green Kawasaki?

Thats funny and reminds me of when I was 13 and got 2 tickets on my mini bike, 1 for no license plate and 1 for no drivers license. To say the least my dad was not to happy as he had to take me to juvenile court!!!

I got you beat, by the time I was 16 I had 9 tickets for mini bike violations. When I went to court the 3rd time the judge was going to send me off to the bad boys camp, my Mom was balling her eyes out. I told the judge "so when I get back in 30 days I can get my license?" the judge replied "better yet no license until age 18 get out of here". My Mom was stunned by me getting out of that, I just told her "you have to know how to BS them old people".

I might have you beat. Not quite 9, probably only 4 or 5 for driving without a license starting at 15. I think I was just turning 16 when the judge sent me to juvenile hall for driving without a license. Still got my license as soon as I turned 16 though.
