I'm getting my 283 ready to fire up and see how it runs, but I ran into an issue with the passenger side exhaust manifold stud bolts. The ones that are on it are
2 3/4" long, and I have one that the first 3/4" is broken off. When I go to bolt the heat riser up and the down pipe to the manifold, the studs are too short. What was the original length that GM installed on the passenger side manifolds, 3 1/4 or 3 1/2"? Where is the best place to get replacements? Autozone and Advanced auto just had short studs that aren't long enough.
