They want to be able to send in Law Enforcement and "Military On Loan" to enforce their laws. They hope some Gun Owners respond so the Gun Owners can be eradicated. This will cause some GO to fold and others to stand. For anti 2nd thats a win win. They then have more Gun Owners eradicated as well as some LE and MOL wounded or killed giving they more "justification" to take away more Rights.
