The closest to NJ I'm aware of is Pete's Automotive at 1025 Riverside Dr. in Pottstown PA. 610-326-8322. Dyno Ray, the Wolly Bully guys, John Medgalia all use Pete. Musi used to do some "W" block stuff but he's in the Carolinas now. Probably the best on the east coast is Carl McQuillen in Leroy NY.
