409 carb T

Just saw this on ebay, It was up to 80 bucks, whats so special about it, I probably got a couple in some of the boxes of 409 stuff i got stuck back. What is that thread 1/8 inch pipe ?

It's special because you can't get them anymore and the "correct" guys want them. They are also used on the remote oil filter for 6 cylinder motors.
