409 file fit rings?

Ordered a set of the Keith Black 9.9 to 1 comp, .048 over pistons for a 409.Asked for rings to suit,supplied were .060 over moly file fit rings.
Question is will these file down this much or is this a packing error?

They will file just fine. I would suggest you ask someone with some experience to help you if you have never filed a set in the past.
