409 truck block oil filter

I'm building a '51 Henry J gasser and the 409 engine was a truck block. Where can I find an oil filter adaptor to go from that huge canister to more modern spin on type?

Both Car and trucks will use the same adapters.Get with Show Cars,they;ll have 2. ONE will use the Chev pf-35 type spin onn,the other the Ford fl-1 type.

But this block had a huge canister filter...probably a foot tall or more...and pretty large diameter. But I will check it out...Thanks!

It sounds like you have the 2 qt,filter.It has the same diameter as the car and truck filter,it's just taller.Some folks use them for the extra oil capicity.
