The Lime Book shows this to be 1988 350, Throttle body injected, manual transmission, out of a truck

If so that's a great block for building.One piece rear seal,roller cam provisions already there,better metal and more precise factory machining.It might even have 4 bolt mains,not that you'd need then as long as your build doesn't exceed 500 hp or 7000 constant rpm.

880 block,great foundation! f you're dealing with a complete engine,which was used from 88 on,the heads for the 88-95 engines suck for anything remotely performance related.96-2002 were the valued "Vortec" heads and are the best "bang for the buck" heads that Chevrolet ever made.
