Ray,
I did my 61 Bel Air Sport Coupe and now will be doing my 60 Ventura Sport Coupe. I needed this information as well for the Ventura. It took me a while to find the old thread but here it is. http://www.348-409.com/forum/threads/bubbletop-quarter-window-channel.16333/
Here is the link to the parts. https://www.impalaparts.com/products/5961RRCF/1959-6162-BELAIR-HT-ROOFRAIL
A quick note when making the repairs. I use a sharp wood chisel to remove the old felt in the channel. Do not attempt to remove the metal channel you will destroy it as it is part of the roof rail molding. Once the felt is removed you can fit the new channel felt and cut to length. Don't push the felts all the way home when fitting but about half way or so as it will be very difficult to remove if you push them in all the way, you just need to put them in far enough to figure the length, then I remove them and apply a small amount of weather strip adhesive to the inside of the roof rail molding then install the felts, works perfect. Good Luck and thanks for asking as I needed to order the parts for my Ventura.

oh,yeah did you have to make holes for those flat philips screws that hold up the moulding to the roof rail?
