Had a 2 day CDRA Bracket Finals race at Mokan Oct 19-20. The 410 inch single 4 made 16 passes in the 2 days. Travis ran both Sportsman and No-E. On Saturday he waded thru 62 cars with a 1st round buy-back all the way to the final. Got runner-up with a breakout run of 6.9838 on a 7.00 dial. Best ET for the 16 passes was a 6.9627 with best speed of 98.36. Slowest ET for the weekend was an on the brakes early of 7.09. There were 319 race cars at the event. Mokan was full to the max. Very proud of Travis and the little "410" and engine builder Chuck Hull of Hull Racing Engines in Coffeyville, Ks. Sunday, Oct. 28 was the AHRA Reunion at Mokan. We ran both the 61 and 62 in Super Stock. Had a 16 year old racer drive the 62. Got down to 3 cars and Travis and Andrew had to race each other. Andrew cut a great .001 light and Travis ran an 8.87 at 150 trying to catch Andrew. Andrew then Runnerupped in the final to a racer from Amarillo, Tx. Great end to a really great season.

It is very handy James. Missed seeing you and Tom and Mearl at the reunion. Depending on the 1/8th mile conversion factor, we use 1.57, all those 1/8th mile runs from 7.00 down to the 6.93 all figure into the high 10's. The air on 10/19 and 10/20 was unbelievable. We had been shooting for a high 10 with this setup.
