That little 5/16" NC threaded hole below the rolled up green thing and just behind the last intake port(#7 cylinder) is the thru hole for the ignition coil mounting bracket. MAKE SURE it has a 5/16" bolt in it.If you leave that hole open, blow by will escape out the hole and you will have a very elusive oil leak that will show up after a hard run.It would idle for hours without leaking, but under pressure, oil from inside the lifter valley would be forced up through it and out onto the top of the intake.That can occur if you have a firewall mounted coil and don't put a bolt in the OEM ignition coil mounting holes on the top of the intake. Be real sure the intake has been rinsed off and sloshed around in clean solvent very well.Glass beads in the lifter valley are not the secret for rapid camshaft and lifter break in. Doesn't enhance ring seating either.
