Our 62, that's a nice looking run stand. Did you make it or buy it?

It's a Larin cheap but you have too modify it and add the supports, radiator, alternator etc. I think I bought it on Amazon

Well they rebuilt the carbs, I loaned them a set of Stahl headers and the motor fired right up. Set the timing and idle built some heat and it sounded great. No blow-by 60 lbs. of oil pressure

I just found a 1963 409 engine. It has the right numbers on the block heads exhaust manifolds, water pump intake and the carbs are right, stock bore & stroke. It has a set of roller lifter so I assume the cam has been changed. the owner is putting it on a run stand this weekend. WHAT IS IT WORTH

It was not my motor to sell or price. He didn't offer and I didn't ask. If you read Don Jacks post you should be able to get close. I would guess well above 6 for a matching numbers standard bore 63 409. Right block, right heads, right intake, right carbs and water pump.
