Well it's been a minute since I've said anything on here about the car so I figured I'd give you guys a bit of an update.. Car is back apart again, ama and the engine is now at another engine builder that actually knows what hes doing. The engine is at custom auto machine up in Crete Illinois in the hands of Rick Johnson. Upon tear down disaster was found. Thankfully everything is fixable and no new parts are really needed at all. This time around the whole rotating assembly will actually be balanced.
What happened to your engine?
I didn't see the description of your pie crust cheaters on the back. What size and brand are they? I'm guessing 9" wide and Towel City?

Been chasing a vibration all summer only to find out nothing was ever balanced when originally built. Poor thing shook itself apart. Crank was savable being turned 20/20, new rods had to be resized to be round again on big and little end, will now be getting a cam gear with a torrington bearing behind it, all clearances will be right this time, all coolant leaks will be fixed as well
