64 2door Belair rear seat interchange

The back seat in my 64 2 door Bel Air has a rotten frame. I contemplated trying to fix it but I think I’d be money ahead if I could find a good frame at least. Does anyone know which if any years will interchange with my car? I’ll need the top and bottom.

Hardtop, bubble top, or 2 door sedan. All three are different from each other from what I remember. Sometimes, you can fabricate one if you have an original for measurements, and a donor seat. Seat bottoms are more difficult to rework than the seat back.

Most say that the '61 Impala BubbleTop Rear Seat is the same for '62 to '64 2-Dr HT Sport Coupes.

I sure hope that's true as that's what I have ready for my '62, lol.

So what would a 64 bubbletop look like? :laugh4

A highly modified car, with the roof of a 1961 / 1962 bubble top! It would be the car that Chevrolet never built, but someone decided that it was worth the effort to make it anyway. Hell, they might even put a 409 into it to make it a SS (super special) car!
