Dave, I’ve been looking at that thing for a week. Been watching the bids pretty regularly. I have a feeling when it gets close to the end it’s gonna jump about 10 grand.:wacko:doh

The story. it was 1983. I was 16 and had 1968 Galaxie 390 4 door my mom and dad bought new. I wanted some thing else, but what?
Them I saw it. One of my grandparents neighbor put his 64 Impala SS up for sale. Palomar Maroon, black guts 4 speed, 300 327, AND GLASS PACKS.
He wanted like $1800. It was all original but the front right had snarled up fender. Dad says to much.:cryblow:pout
I would bike or drive by about every other day. A friend of ours worked with the man and would let me know when he would drop the price and back I'd go to take another look....$1600, $1500, $1250, $1000, $800 THATS THE NUMBER!!!! and Dad got layed off that day:weep:cryblow And the car go sold:cry2 I been chasing Impalas Ever sense.
