67 GMC

While I was out at the Chevy dealership today getting parts for my Equinox I ran into this guy with a bone stock 6 cylinder 3 speed on the column 1/2 ton short bed fleet side. The catch was it only has 22,000 .org miles. Could be a find for me. What do you think it’s worth?3500D3EC-1801-4694-9938-5A099A14D9EE.jpegB6ED66AD-CB45-4450-AD92-7274A3607577.jpegE201245C-1BE1-42F0-8B6E-548AC65ECD5E.jpeg2833EA2C-85C2-41F3-BE5D-E4865858874F.jpegA5E17423-38AF-4C25-8907-3EC5F4D886C6.jpeg1B839593-3CB6-4833-8060-3ABC873CD045.jpegD45E5638-8FC9-4A1B-9E8F-3DE6E7125CFD.jpeg

Looks like a very nice truck. Is the guy saying its stock and all original, as in no repaint, accidents, bumpers changed etc? Is it an original CA truck?

and what happened to the black plates?

I was wondering the same thing. If this truck was so well cared for ? It could happen though, they could be stolen, one missing from falling off and ticketed so they replaced them. Even so, the trim and other stuff looks too good to be untouched even for 22k miles, but he didn't say it wasn't worked on either. Everything deteriorates do UV, road debris, oxidation, etc., even if its parked in a garage. That doesn't mean the truck is not very nice or not worth buying, just do your due diligence is all.

I talked with him last night and the truck was his dads truck, he claims it was faded paint. Could very well be 122,000. Anyways he wants way more than what it’s worth.

67 is probably the most desirable of the 67 - 72 series due to the unique hood. I agree 17k sounds really reasonable.
