74 Chevy small block bracket identify

I can't figure this one out. Maybe AC bracket?

From an old engine I had for parts, was from a 74 Chevy Impala and was a 350. Car had AC but no brackets were on it when I was using this in my truck. (unless this is one for AC)

So... does this go to an AC compressor? Power steering? Alternator?

Reminds me of a bracket the would go from the front intake bolt to the front of the cylinder head.
