adding new steering wheel and tach

Hey Guys
I'm attempting to put my new steering wheel and factory tach (thanks Don)on my 62 belair
while i have it apart i would like to fix everything, horns included. the car has been
changed over to an alternator i'm thinking i will need a relay for my horns to work
any ideas about this and also my horns are missing what years replace them open to all suggestions. well not all i can imagine some of the things you guys can come up with just havin fun
