She has to be found "Willfully and Knowingly" breaking the law.
Just like you do when you forget to pay taxes, or run a red light, or drop a bowling ball on somebodys head killing them....
Here's what will happen...
1. Minor investigation
2. No "Willfully" and "Knowingly" (see it takes proof of both not one or other).
3. She gived press conference saying she's sorry she didnt know but by god she is the VICTIM HERE!
4. She has to pay part of it back, maybe.
5. She wins next elections and retires a multi millionaire.
