Talk about a HAPPY New Year.....
Just a word of caution Brian, I kinda gotta agree with James here. With the short wheelbase and high center of gravity, the torque of the blower motor, it could very well want to rotate the whole car over the rear axle.Make sure you have a place to bolt weight on the front.
Car looks badass fast just setting still.

Do I remember a wheelie bar in the program?
If not there needs to be! That being said,I know of a "trick that will let the car shift so early that it is for all intents and purposes,leaves in high gear.This will eleminate the tendency to wheel stand,making it safer until he gets some "seat time" under his belt.
Needs to be high gear start and smokin the hides all the way down the track.
Front end will come down an inch or two, and so will the rear end. It will have an uphill rake, just not as severe as it is right now. The engine and trans are mounted as low as possible in the chassis to help with the center of gravity. Yes wheelie bars are here, just not on yet. I hate tripping over them damn things sticking out the back. Thanks for the encouragement guys, and the recommendations as well. Remember, I haven’t done anything like this before so it is all new to me.

You would think that was the case...but they will look at the car and question your declaration. You might want to talk to Dave Mills. If I wanted to race and not get mad I would go with a certification and a license...just saying "the best way to solve a problem is to prevent it"
