I have been pricing out alternators the past few weeks and I'm looking for a natural finish (read: not chrome), 1-wire (internal regulator) alternator. Anybody have one or experience with one? I see Powermaster makes one. ANy thoughts?

No problem! Mike over there is a good guy, as are all of us Mikes :D , they have starters for the 409 motors and can change the parts around to fit what you need.
Me I dig for weeks if not months ahead of time on my projects looking for the best deal I can get. Sometimes down to the wire to save that 20.00 but I save it:beerbang
Example: Took two weeks to convince my cheap *** that 49.00 for a sealed battery box was cheap. It will be here next week :roll

My Molson beer ain't cheap ya know!!:cheers
