Anyone in California?

Anyone on this site live near Agoura, Hills in California?
It appears to be just south of Thousand Oaks on the 101.

I have been talking to a fellow there with a 60 Pontiac Catalina 4 speed car
for sale...........
This car needs a lot of work but it is driveable....the owner calls it a 20 footer.
The car has been converted to a 4 speed.........

If anyone is close by, would appreciate you taking a look at it........bang

Just to let everyone know Bob did go out and look at the 60 Pontiac
for me in LA, Sunday afternoon...............bang
He spent a lot of time describing this car as he walked around it and
even crawled under it...............:

It's guys like Bob Walker that make this site and the members
the best there is.......... ........what a great gesture of cooperation
between club members..........

I hope someday I can return the favor Bob........maybe if we both make it to
Norwalk................

Dave, That car looks suspiciously like the one in your avatar. I was under the impression that Bob was " out west" doing work. From what I have seen, he has been traveling around to car shows and races. No sense thinking about retirement when he has a job like that !!!!! a guy cant even hide in little 'ol california
I was at the Bob's Big Boy in Burbank on friday night. there was the most perfect 62 BA Ht 09-09 car i've ever seen. black with red interior and dead stock. Van Nuys car with 1 piece bumpers. owned by a member here with 0 posts. LateBreakU2. heck of a nice guy. he put up with my hanging around for about an hour. Jay Leno cruised thru in a Hudson Hornet on his way to work. and so many nice cars.
these so-cal guys know how to live it up.
Ran into Dave Foster at the rodeo and stayed there for a few hours. always a pleasure to hang with Dave. you should see his 09 car in person. pics dont do it the justice it deserves. sound good too.
Ronnie..........i saw the prettiest girl i've ever seen EVER at the dallas airport last monday. couldnt think straight the rest of the day..er....uh ..week . i thought i saw your house as i flew over. there was a couple guys drinking beer and chicken fry'en some steaks near a 62 with the hood up
BJ: you are welcome sir. maybe what comes around goes around when i need help. hope you get the bonneville. and we will look u up in norwalk. i fly home friday and hope to get busy on my white car. i painted the dash and rollcage before i left.
